This LARGE type of business should go to Tradition/PSL west. Easy access to highways, etc.

The degradation of our earth and disregard for wildlife in the Stuart area is disgraceful and goes against all Martin County represents to many long time residents.

This decision to build and build on land and properties so close to others, to increase traffic, accidents, killing the natural environment, is suchva shame, got call these big wheel developers out to make a buck, and doesn't really care about the people that live, retire, work and play here, they don't realize what damage this will cause . They drive here, work here or live here, so thry just don't care.. The build they are talking about are not necessary, we have strip mall empty, why can the use those locations, that is a shame to have ghostctown strip malls, with. Useless businesses that won't make it, like so,many we dont need more fast food places, more polluting of cars in the drive thru. Your all killing the natural environment . Yoy say it time for growth then it time to put out the old commoners and board members and get new blood to rethink of where you live and keep it a beautiful community.

The land planning process in Martin County & especially Stuart is broken and under poor leadership. This is very obviously the wrong location for a regional commercial establishment which was diabolucally introduced behind the scenes for the benefit of a few misguided locals and Developers out of New Jersey with the support of self serving City staff and commissioners and without regard to the stabile residential communities in the area. We have invested in the quality of life that our Comprehensive Plan has defined and protected for many years and which has been subverted for the almighty dollar for a few.

No no no this whole project belongs elsewhere! If you want more shopping go south or north but don’t ruin our community.

I believe there is plenty of shopping available now! No need for more that will displace smaller shops.

STOP destroying Martin County and the way of life that we’re accustomed to living here. Life long resident that would like to treasure what we have had to share with future generations.

I agree that this complex should be built either on US 1 or west of 95. This complex is not appropriate for the area. Also, more people should know that the city commissioners changed the zoning to accommodate this complex. That is just wrong.

Traffic will be horrific. We do not need more residents in this area. We are over crowded now. It looks like City of Stuart is only looking at dollar signs and not the effect it will have on the area.

Move this Costco mess west, away from our beautiful city.

We are very concerned that this complex is being considered in such a dense location for such a huge undertaking. Development is important, but not so close to Martin County High School and the Cleveland Clinic.

There are enough gas stations and shopping options within a few minutes drive from anywhere in Palm City.
