The cross not being lit breaks a lot of hearts. It's not about religion it's about the hopes of old and new minors. If two people complaining about a cross has such an impact then why can't one community pull together to re-light the cross.

This cross is part of the history. It needs to be put back up. If you don't like it then don't look at it. We need to stop bending over backwards to please everyone. Don't like it move on then.

Please keep the traditional lighting of the Climax Cross at Christmas time ....it's only lit for a couple weeks out of the whole year. What does it hurt?
