I think they hv suffered enuff jus through the fear of being charged. Apologies shuld be made and resolved quietly for summer break. Kids will be kids. Water balloons? Come on...

This was a perfect moment to use their behavior as a teaching moment not a punishing moment. They should be held accountable, yes. But they should have had a consequence that tied to the behavior.

I believe this is a little to much to have these young men to face jail time for doing a prank to enjoy their last year in school they all play sports n going to college they already been suspended and couldn't run in the track meeting that should be enough but no jail time we all did some foolish thing for senior year these boys are not getting into trouble in the streets I pray that God bless them to have charged drop n just do some type of work for 2 weeks but I know one personally he's a good kid came from another state n played football n track for minot high school please don't give these young men jail time they have plans pin going to college n play football track n basketball don't stop their dreams because they wanted to have a lil fun for seniors

I went to this school, and I feel it super unfair to those kids because now they will face time and also have a record for some extremely petty stuff that really only warrants suspension or detention?! Appalling to say the least, get off the high horse MCC, drop the charges.
