Kids will be kids. Making stupid mistakes is apart of growing up. The real stupidity is the charges against these teens. Drop the charges and give them detention or a little community work. Their actions was petty. Could 've been way worse. We read all the time about shooting,bullying,etc. That happened else where. The ND law took this way to far. Drop the charges immediately!!

I am still so angry over these
"over the top charges". I will do anything I can to stop such madness. What is so sad is that all these kids will remember this situation from their senior week forever. What a memory. The punishment does not fit the the act. I will do whatever I can to help you with this situation. God Bless!

Sounds like some staff needs to stop being so high on there horse and quit trying to ruin some people's lives before they are even started over a water ballon.
