All municipalities need to remember that the citizens who live there are people and not lab rats... We pay our water bills and expect clean drinking water every time we turn on the tap! We pay our taxes, we pay your salaries expecting that the municipalities we live in have our best interests in mind and by that I mean our health and not the pocket books of local governments !
