I'm in tears. I can understand the feelings of desperation in wanting your voice to be heard and for justice to be served...my husband (Travis Underwood) and I are going through the same thing so this hits close to home! I feel for all involved in the fight, stay strong!!

Just another example of abuse of authority. However this seems to be the American way anymore. Look how many peeps been convicted then years later prove their innocence. We're talking about convictions where people lied....officers, witnesses, etc. Damn shame how authority is always the one whom most listen to and believe...but they lie too!! Why? To close the case and make those involved content and move on. To gain status qua in society, to show that school boy bully what their made of.....who cares why what matters is its wrong!!!!!

I don't know this man but my heart goes out to him, his family, and the family of the victim. This is very sad and unacceptable. Makes you wonder how many people are in a situation like this.
