Don't just brush the case under the rug and think you can shut up the victims family because you thought you had someone to put away for this..... to keep the other family content..,,we AREA mikes family and we WILL continue to stand by his side!!!!!!

Michael is innocent and at the very least deserves a chance at a fair trial. The state failed to disclose material exculpatory evidence. This is a violation of Michael Buehner's right to due process according to the 5th and 14th amendments of the United States Constitution and section 16, article I of the Ohio constitution!!!

He deserves a FAIR trial. He did NOT do this. In my heart of hearts I know this, ALL, the evidence proves this. Please, offer him a fair trial.

The more I have learned over these years, I am convinced this man, who was a child when convicted, is innocent of the crime that he has been accused of. At the very least, this case should be reviewed impartially!!

Because I don't believe he did this. I have known his family for years and I stand with them. There is no evidence that can prove that Michael did this. And just the kind of person that he is, I don't believe he had anything to do with this crime.
