I am absolutely disgusted at the poor work of some of the members of the justice system in Cuyahoga County. I pray that justice is served. Taking advantage of one’s power should be a crime.

This is a unconstutioal hearing. Number one: Evidence was withheld
:2 Ohio Prosecutor will never admit faults of withholding Evidence
3: Michael Buehner had no knowledge of evidence that was withheld an stuck to Not Guilty
4: At this time of all evidence Michael buehner shouldn't be incarcerated for false information from police that was withheld.
5: By Ohio law code Michael buehner should be released as of 12/16/2021

My son was Falsely Accused of a crime that never Happened. Waiting on the appeal. This needs to stop!
