I love my model s and intend to keep it in the next 5 years until I change another Tesla model. I strongly reject these class action attempts.

No one was injured. The vehicles are safe. These lawsuits are a waste of time and money. There is no way that proceeding will not be viewed as corruption by gas and oil profiteers, along with other US automakers that have fallen behind in the automotive industry.

I am a shareholder and Tesla Model S owner. These reject frivolous claims made in these lawsuits. I have no doubt that these lawsuits harm my interests, both as a Tesla Motors shareholder, and the owner of Model S.

These lawsuits do not represent the interests of either Tesla owners, or of TSLA stock owners. I own both the car and the stock and believe these lawsuits are little more than legal extortion attempts. There is no safety problem with the car. All these lawsuits should be dismissed out of hand.
If anything I would be more inclined to join a class action lawsuit against these parasitic law firms for attacking this company and hurting my financial interest.

Tesla Model S owner AND shareholder. I would like to bring a class action lawsuit against these firms for "ambulance chasing " and clogging the U.S.legal system with frivolous suites, costing taxpayers millions of dollars per year (who do you think pays the court costs?)
