I am a Stockholder and I owned shares between 1 May and 15 November. I refuse to join this class action suit and believe it is solely an attempt to hurt Tesla and try to put them out of business. Again I reject any and all class action lawsuites against to withch I might be considered a class action participant. I would consider a class action lawsuit against those trying to bring suit against Tesla for damages to my stocks value.

I am a shareholder. I believe Model S is the safest car, and Tesla did not deceive. This lawsuit is a waste of time and money. I did have paper losses after media coverage of fires, but I believe TSLA stock will recover, and I believe in Tesla's mission.

I've read through the lawsuit and completely disagree that Musk mislead anyone. If anything, his honesty about the stock price being "higher than we have any right to deserve" absolutely refutes the premise put forward by the law firm when they assert stock price manipulation through deception.

Model S owner and stockholder from early 2013 to mid 2013. Very happy with the car. Anecdotal evidence and NHTSA testing show the Model S to be among the safest cars on the road. These lawsuits seem frivolous and potentially damaging to the stock and company.

These actions are at best frivolous. I have just put a deposit down on a model S and I have absolutely no concerns about the safety of the vehicle, in fact quite the opposite. Based on months of research of reviews, safety ratings, statistics, accident reports and anecdotal feedback, I believe this will be the safest vehicle I have ever driven.

Model S is safe. Tesla is honest, responsible and excellent. The suit is a manufactured, unmerited attack on good people who operate a good company. We do not need compensation or protection from Tesla. America needs protection from the predatory, phony tort lawsuit industry. Shut these predatory lawyers down!
