Douglasville must focus on smart development, not just industrial development.

Think before you Act. Be considerate and represent the community you represent properly. Do not make hasty decision and listen to the concerns that community have.

I do not want to have a traffic conjunction during my morning and evening commute to and from work. We have ONLY one exit and one entrance to our community

Adding more truck traffic is not the answer. There are plenty of other options that would maintain the integrity of the beauty of surrounding neighborhoods. Give us something worthy of our support!

City of Douglasville has enough warehouses. Let's think outside the box and bring something more productive to the area.

The right thing is to veto this rezoning and annexation. An industrial sight should not be part of a residential community interrupting the lives of 500 homes and apartments. School buses, dangerous trucks with trailers, Mercer university, and the hotel in addition to the community residents all use this little two lane road. What are you thinking or better yet what is going on for you to even think of allowing this to happen.

I oppose the annexation to add warehouses and hundreds of semi-trucks pouring in and out of my SWEETWATER SUBDIVISION of homeowners and the apartment complex next to us!

Reside at 7627 Forest Glen Way - I ask that you not suppor the request for this type of industry to exist within a residential community with seniors, children and working parents who rely on the safe guards built into our city and county.
