Traffic is a mess. No more developments. We are adding kids to a already full schools. Schools are at their max.

Carol, I've already called the LG Weekly and gotten prices for full page ads. I'd like to get a double full page ad calling out our concerns, flawed assumptions and listing the Ipetitions link. I believe protests are in order as they have yet to finalize.

There is absolutely no benefit to the residents of Los Gatos in this proposal. Our seams are bursting already. This plan is the straw that breaks the community's back. Town Council, please reject this plan.

there will be a serious impact to our schools and traffic, as well as current locally owned businesses. You are kidding yourselves if you think that familes with kids won't buy these smaller units to get their children into Los Gatos schools

This is in NO WAY going to improve the lives of existing Los Gatos residents. It will in fact degrade it. It will only compound the existing growth issues Los Gatos is facing, i.e. traffic, parking and school overcrowding. Developers are succeeding at converting our TOWN into a City, which goes against all intentions of the General Plan and the generations of citizens that built this community. When is "Doing the right thing" going to prevail over developers and their Dirty Money? This is a despicable shameful proposition!

An additional school is an unmet need in our community. More housing will simply further strain our infrastructure which cannot handle its current load. Traffic is horrible in the morning, afternoon, and evening. This would be a great location for a new school, open space for more sports fields, maybe a dog park. Senior housing is already a part of the Albright way project. Too much strain on our streets and schools.

I feel that housing developers are being way too greedy in Los Gatos. The number of omes on the former Honda dealership is ridiculously high. There is no space to breathe on those tight lots. I feel 300 plus homes in addition to the additional plans is way too much of an impact on the town.

Until development plans for North 40 and all other LG areas can adequately address the significant impact on public schools, we need to pause development. We are severely packing the long term success of LG if we choose to continue at current growth rates without addressing the impact at all levels of public schools (elementary thru senior

All of our schools are at or beyond the limit indicated by research for effective operation. What will we do with hundreds of new children who also deserve an excellent education?

We have to STOP the housing developments in our town. The schools are overcrowded, and our roads cannot take any more traffic. They need to rework the plan without housing and big box stores.

My biggest concern is the huge (negative) impact on the schools from the large influx of students this will bring. Please adequately address this issue before going ahead with this project. Associated traffic problems around the schools at drop off and pick up time have not be adequately addressed either.

Please, Please Say NO! Too much density...urban decay of Los Gatos. This is a huge, community devastating, mistake. Please say no. Council and Staff are supposed to represent the best interest of the community - Not best interests of development.and developers. Please say no and do the right sized, right project. Just because this issue has been going on a long time is no reason to say -- "guess it is time to just say OK". This is bad and a huge mistake for ALL of Los Gatos.

Our schools are already bursting at the seams. No more housing developments unless the developers agree to build a new school to mitigate the impact of all the additional children in the Los Gatos School District. This is a requirement in the East Bay (San Ramon), why is this not required in Los Gatos?
