Los Gatos 2, The sister city! Except no school, no open space. We don't need another "Santana Row" Who benefits from this? the developers! My grandfather who brought his family here to build there first house on Bonnie Ln. in the mid 40s would tune in his grave if this goes threw!

I have lived in Los Gatos most of my life where I attended the elementary school and the high school. After college I decided that I wanted to move back to Los Gatos where I could raise a family. I missed the beautiful hills, the clean air and living in a town. I have seen the constant development of this town, which is moving us towards a city. Many of the residents of this town live here for the community and small town feeling. We want our kids in schools that are not overcrowded and streets that are not congested with traffic. We do not need more homes in this town. We need more open space and a town feeling where our kids will want to return after college and where we attract new residents who will take pride in this town. Adding an elementary school with houses in the North 40 will only increase traffic and overcrowd our middle school and high school. This town needs to reduce the development and focus on keeping this town a great place to live.

Stop this! I barley recognize our town anymore! The dense housing, the heavy traffic flow, our schools are overflowing, meanwhile the developers walk away with their pockets lined with millions of dollars, and never made to put any of that back to rebuilding the infrastructure, reinforcing our fireman or police force, and nothing to support our schools! We will be left to clean up the mess and live with what they left behind!

No more socializing all the costs while privatizing all the profits. We need a new elementary school at the site and $ for expansions of the Middle School and High School.

This proposal, in the current form, terrifies me as a Los Gatos resident. The impact on the Los Gatos schools is grossly underrepresented and an already bad traffic situation on Los Gatos Boulevard is only going to get worse. Please ensure this gets addressed. Thank you!

There must be plans and funding in place to deal with the impact to our already crowded schools. Traffic is also a major concern - we are busting at the seams already. How can any member of the town council possibly think this is a good idea as it stands?
