As a 30 year resident of LG and married to a LG "lifer", this project is too dense for this area. Consideration needs to be given
to the traffic through the area--there is little space to
widen LG Blvd between Lark and 85. The "census" of the families
with children is too low as the "senior 55+" designation may not
be able to exclude children. A requirement to fund a school and/
or parks would diminish the land value in sale to a developer.
Just many items to consider, besides the effect on our already
crowded schools.

With Louise Van Meter Elementary at or near capacity, any great increase in the student body needs to be more carefully considered. Without extra classrooms and teachers the current plan cannot be allowed to move forward in it's current state.

Please do not allow any more urban sprawl in Los Gatos. The high density housing is ruining the charm and value of Los Gatos. Our schools are impacted already by the high enrollments which is placing enormous strain on our current programs and educators. Los Gatos Blvd. is already a congested mess. Surprised the town is even considering this proposal. Please deny this proposal!

Townhouses supposedly targeted to singles and retirees are over 2000 sqft and will be loaded with families. We need to have a comprehensive school funding plan before the residents buy into this and end up footing the bill.

Less housing and medical offices and more fields for our kids and community to use. Los Gatos is about quality of life and community, not quantity of tax base. Let's keep this town special and not like so many others we've seen pack in housing throughout this area.

I was born here and I've seen this beautiful town lose it's small town feel and it's beautiful view of the hills, especially as more and more tall buildings are added, blocking views. We need open space and trees for our health and our children's.
