As a retired individual I don't want to see my town taxes go up or another education bond issue without better over-site by the entire town electorate. Growth can be fine if it is managed correctly.

I was really surprised to read about what the current proposed plan are for this area. Hasn't Los Gatos developed (or are developing) enough already? We've had 2 new house developments, and 1 Multi-use house/retail currently underway. We are rebuilding for Netflix and all the hospital offices. Let's keep this more of a town instead of a big city. We don't need a Target here! That is not Los Gatos.

Enough with housing! This city is being crammed in like sheep. How about we leave the land as-is or build a park... Oh, that's right, there's no profit in a park. When's the strip club and pawn shop moving in to town? Why not? It's more about the money these days, than the quality of life, right? Horrible. Degenerate developers and towns-folks support these projects.

I am AGAINST this plan and urge the town of Los Gatos not to allow it to move forward.
