This development does nothing to help the residents of Los Gatos. Traffic and overcrowding are already affecting our wonderful small community.

Enough already! Somebody has to take a stand against the greedy developers and the politicians who are on the receiving end of the developers's largesse while they sell out their community.

Please keep the traffic to a managable level. How about a park?

Reject ! ! Traffic is already too congested at Lark between Winchester & Los Gatos Blvd. There are already FOUR(4) traffic lights in span of 1/4 mile. Ridiculous planning on the part of all developers.

The school over-crowding in Los Gatos and the conjestion on Los Gatos Blvd. are not being adequately addressed to go forward with proposed development plans for The North 40

I am a resident of Los Gatos and I am very concerned about the environmental impact and also the impact to our schools, i.e. higher density. Please reject this plan and preserve the unique & charming character of our community. Thanks for your consideration, Gloria

I think everyone agrees that if this land was used for parks and recreation, it would be a huge benefit to the community. We are a wealthy town. Can't we help make something so potentially wonderful for our community happen, even if it is not the most lucrative way to use the land?

Once this land is developed you can't go back. This development will contribute to massive traffic jams and overcrowding, and destroy the small town character of Los Gatos.

Reduce the density!

Keep the charm of the Los Gatos alive by keeping it a town not a city! The ugly old Hollywood video building is bad enough! Please no more development like that!

I hope the Town ensures this development forwards the character, history and quality of Los Gatos. Addressing educational impact should be no small part. Approving this development while not allowing private schools to expand their enrollment numbers (ie, Hillbrook), or increasing public school facilities seems contrary to the town's values.

As an elementary school teacher, I am seriously concerned about the educational impact on our community.

Traffic in Los Gatos cannot tolerate this development

The quality of life in Los Gatos is on a quick decline due to the over development in our community. It is time that our elected town leaders do the right thing and listen to the citizens.
