Let's spend money on parks not parking. Maybe people will need to walk a few blocks and as a Blue Zone City wouldn't that be wonderful.

The people in Miami come here to get away from Miami. Build a 350 space garage and even more will come. Traffic will be worse and they will take over our beaches and streets!

We cannot even accommodate The traffic we have now. Now you what another garage and the large condo complex on Goodlette, just north of 5th Ave. Follow and respect the residential boundaries and the Land Codes !!

Further Development to the west end of 5th Ave., South is not needed. There is ample restaurants, retail and office space. The construction of a garage in a residential area to benefit developers, a few restaurants and beachgoers from the East Coast, while inconveniencing and disrupting the quality of life for established residents of the neighborhood is abominable . The most hellish parking day during the season is St. Patrick's Day parade day. This event should be relocated to the route taken by the traditional swamp buggy parade, I E US 41

I am pro developement but this garage at this scale is unnecessary. The traffic and congestion will harm the businesss and the run off during construction will damage West Lake just like the current 5th Ave work.

It is time the mayor and city council start following the rules. We don't need another high rise parking garage especially in a residential neighborhood.

I am third generation Neapolitan. I remember when Naples was a post office, drug store, hospital, and small cafe. That's it. At low tide, my grandmother would give me and my brother buckets to pick up conch for stew. Fisherman dragged in their nets. The beach glittered sliver with fish. Now more concrete. My heart is breaking still........

Having lived through the landscaping fiasco on Gulf Shore Boulevard, I am opposed to the approval of any major development that is not an emergency during the summer months.
