The traffic and congestion issues are bad enough now. Use the money to increase the residents' enjoyment of our Naples.

1. Contract is overwhelmingly beneficial to the seller and makes a fool of the City.
2. CRA money is needed in areas that are to the east and north that are underserved.
3. Further development at the west end of Fifth Avenue will only add to congestion and traffic problems.
4. Parking on Fifth is only a major problem during "events" and there are too many of those as you know.

I reject large parking structure. I may have signed this before, maybe a duplicate.

We must keep the old buildings and the charm of Naples.
This is what people come to Naples for.

Why destroy a beautiful residential area like this. Such a shame that this will change the face of downtown and beach forever!

After thoughtful consideration I do not believe additional parking of this magnitude and on this space is necessary or prudent.

The ambiance of Naples with the feel of an upscale small town flavor has continually been eroded by the continuous development. Already the traffic with continued building along 41 coming towards 5th Ave is causing people myself to avoid 5th and 3rd. Please stop pandering to the greed of developers who only think about more and more financial possibilities without thinking about what attracts tourists and locals to the fifth and 3rd areas

The only time the parking is a big issue is for big events and the two garages are plenty.

Live in Aqualane and now take Uber to 5th... times have changed, no need for massive "east coast parking" in our quiet town!!
Don't build a garage.

Oppose another parking lot at 4th & 4th.
