I strongly oppose a garage on the corner of 4th & 4th. I live 1 block away. The neighborhood has become increasingly busy with all kinds of traffic. Numerous vehicle and bicycle accidents on the street ps. Do not ruin the character of olde Naples! This is a residential neighborhood. Sights and sounds of 5th are close enough. The town is why Naples is charming. Do not make our town into another east coast concrete jungle!!

I am against this purchase and am against the construction of a parking garage. It deters from our Old Naples neighborhood charm. It is not a cost effective expense. It will cause burden on the area & City income by offering so much free beach parking.

These extra parking spaces are not needed and the cost to us as tax payers is huge. Visitors to Naples are attracted by the "Old Village" charm - another garage adjacent to 5th Ave detracts and devalues the visitor experience of this area.
