We are firmly against the commercial garage expansion at 4 th and 4th. The west side is already crowed enough. Let's keep some sanity in the way we develop our wonderful Citybof Naples. Ed and Kathy Ludwig

Stop ruining our downtown area! As someone who lives on 4th Ave S, we have enough noises and disturbance with McCabe's new 3 story building going on at 5th & 5th! Enough already!!

Sometimes development is not always good for a community especially when it impact a very small area. Residents and guests seem to have a way to find parking when needed. Also, consider other alternatives such as taking an Uber or shuttle that places like Naples Bay Resort offer during special events.

the smaller footprint and smaller town feel to the West end of 5th Ave South should be preserved, since it is a major reason why Naples has "charm".....seeking to maximize profit is a good micro economic strategy, BUT a terrible vision for a community that values its core. Ample chances to develope more business growth exist in areas that are currently undervalued and less desirable, and the City should encourage these efforts with incentives, just as penalties should be imposed on those who seek to destroy the, shall we agree to say, "net present value" of the City of Naples as it now exists....especially with parking lots, really more restaurant parking and spaces for beach goers in the 5th Ave South??? Just not a very creative way to go about city planning/zoning!

Terrible for the neighborhood, totally unnecessary and would destroy much of the charm of Old Naples and the beach against building a parking garage at 4th Ave. and 4th Street.

Keep Olde Naples quaint. The residential area needs to stay residential. This is not a place for a parking garage. Is there no place on busier Goodlette-Frank for a parking garage?
