I love Naples now just as much as I did in 1996, when I moved here & bought in Old Naples,

Cost of public spaces after 113 are reserved for private use seems prohibitive. Defense of seller's IRS deduction at mega bucks over City's own appraisal is compromising & potentially costly and time-consuming. Important-to-city-character issues like this shouldn't be put forth at time of year when fewest residents are here; creates bad aura & sense of deception in returnees. Beachgoers will use the garage as much as retail/restaurant patrons; if beachgoing is a goal, County should pay lion's share of method, not City.

This action, if approved, will overwhelm downtown Naples and our beaches. Don't ruin our place!

I'm in full agreement with your assessment. It certainly does not seem necessary. It will only harm the charm and flavor of the neighborhood

A parking garage is a bad idea. The increased traffic and crowds will ruin the charm of Olde Naples and reduce its attraction.

There are so many cons to building this garage that far outweigh any reason there may be to build it.

This garage project should be an easy NO vote, as it is a costly venture without merit.

NO on the parking garage! Exception after exception is spoiling the charm of Old Naples.

There is NO room in our town for this type of structure. There are enough parking spots for beachgoers as set out years ago with the parking facilities along Gordon and at each beach entrance. Our town is virtually impassable in the high season and we CANNOT ACCOMODATE more more more people going thru town, dining, shopping etc. Already the stores and restaurants are packed
