Do NOT build his garage and stop ruining our beautiful downtown. Do you really wants to see Naples become another Ft Lauderdale or Miami or Ft Myers? Stop being stupid and greedy!!

Vote No! on this parking garage. Find something north or just east of 5th to redirect the traffic flow at the 5th and 41 intersection. It's already a nightmare especially when 5th is closed. There is at least one lot with a burned building eye sore that I can think of that would make a much better option.

Let's keep the charm in the city of Naples. No parking garage in a residential neighborhood.

I think there should be more time for discussion about this when more residents who live in this area have a chance to be involved.

We oppose the development of yet another garage in Old Naples. It is quickly losing its charm.

Our home is at 363 4th Ave S. I propose the developer develop the property as per current residential zoning with the city providing a variance to to build the 3 level parking UNDERGROUND! In other words beneath the condos. Our neighbourhood would remain residential while providing hundreds of parking spaces. The added cost of constructing parking underground would be offset by the proceeds from the sale of the residential units. A more complex solution but one that could satisfy us

This should not be in a residential neighborhood. I wouldn't want it in my backyard. Would the city councilors??

Because the downtown area is being expanded west to Davis Blvd. and north to Baker Park, I think parking definitely needs to be better located to support those areas and not more taxpayer dollars spent on the businesses on 5th Ave.
Do not approve the garage at 4th & 4th!!!
