Increased development can be done without having towers above 6 stories.

I do not support the current the current OCP

This is NOT Richmond and Mayor Harvie needs a new mentor OTHER than Malcom Brodie. We want well thought expansion, in keeping with our village, not high rises on every corner. PLUS, and I repeat...1 road in and 1 out (currently designated 'emergency vehicles only in n emergency). Will you be able to live with yourselves adding how many more thousand lives to the carnage in the event of a natural disaster? This plan is the WORST!

I do not support this current OCP.

I reject the proposed OCP

A change to the OCP of this magnitude requires more time so the Mayor and councillors can actually listen and understand the community the residents want, note the one developers want for us!!!!

I beleive the council is pushing too hard and too fast to pass the new OCP. Slow down - listen to those who live in South Delta who will be living in this high rise jungle. I agree we need more hoysing, especially affordable housing, but Tsawwassen Town Center and Ladner Village is not fitting for high rises - 4 to 6 floors would be more fitting to our cities.

I oppose this development

The plan for Tsawwassen Town Centre means I will be changing my view of Mt. Baker for someone’s balcony. And losing about $200,000 value in my condo. I’m 86 years old. I don’t need this at my stage of life. Not impressed!

This proposal is NOT good for our city

We need homes not towers. These towers will create more congestion than Delta( Tsawwassen) can handle. Responsible building is what we need. Not towers that will choke our community’s.

Too rushed. More time is needed to plan. OCP needs to be revised.

Let's fix the infrastructure issues first and then consider the appropriate size of housing projects.

I own one of the businesses being displaced. It has been handled very poorly and you are destroying my livelihood. What happened to supporting small businesses. Many of us are still feeling the effects of Covid and just beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel

Too fast trying to ram through OCP without a firm plan for traffic and infrastructure concerns. Addressing after the fact is MOT good planning..

Please reconsider the proposals which only benefit the builder

We do need more time to fully absorb the impacts of a new OCP and to offer thoughtful responses on what it should entail.
