REJECT LADNER VILLAGE Chisholm Street Tourist Hotel.

No Hotel! Affordable housing is more important and will enhance Ladner.

I wish to register my opposition to the proposed hotel in Ladner as there is plenty of tourist accommodation in the immediate area including a Marriott Hotel.

A hotel is a bad way to boost local economy and also it invites strangers to a small community that is currently safe

We definitely DO NOT !!! need a hotel in Ladner!!!

Please consider the points listed in this petition.

Council should be ashamed for evicting local businesses for a 6 storey hotel that the community of Ladner does not want.

I say no to any hotel development in Ladner.

It is heartbreaking to see what is happening to our village. Closures of many unique stores to make way for condos and a hotel. We don’t need a hotel. There’s the hotel close by at the casino. Do not continue to destroy our charming village.

Housing not hotels

Do not need a hotel, what for, there is no parking as it is and when the new Bridge&Elliotcondos are finished it will cause more congestion and parking problems as most people own 2 cars and tearing down the little stores on the waterfront street was a shame, what next?

Absolutely no need for another hotel! Do many other options that would be more suitable should be condidered, in an open to the public forum.

I whole heartedly agree a hotel is completely unnecessary and there are so many other amazing businesses and green spaces that could occupy Chisolm street. for example, a pirate ship playground, a billiards room, small movie theatre, art gallery, restaurant or diner, antique store or even an inn if the city really wants to provide accommodation.
