I reject the building of a hotel in Ladner The generational buildings housing businesses should never have been torn down Again a blatant disregard to the residents of Ladner

I do not want this and question council at this time. Ladner is a community village. A village is by Cambridge dictionary “ a group of houses and other buildings that is smaller than a town, usually in the countryside:” so would you like to change us to a TOWN? A village is not meant to have the population that council is driving us to with all the mid rises being built. Stop this proposal.

Why this is being proposed is beyond me!

Thai boutique hotel is not what’s needed in our community. We should be focusing on more affordable housing and rentals. Incredibly short sided and tone def.

I so agree, the villiage future is shaping up to be Steveston, which was a large loss.

We don't need another Hotel in Ladner.

I’m a former long time resident of Tsawwassen and am a decent of Joe Jordan. This proposal is not right for Ladner.

I don't mind a 3-storey hotel at the other end of Chisholm St but not where Council is suggesting. That should stay the same as all the other historic buildings have been removed in that area and we don't want to lose Sharkeys and the pub.

More transparency of process is needed in Delta. Plans to bring too much density to Ladner is eroding small businesses, heritage character and the unique community of Ladner. Please reject the hotel and ensure improved consultation going forth.

This is the last thing Ladner needs or has capacity for. ! There is a hotel by the tunnel already. Stop trying to develop every small space in our little village! We have enough “city “ in the cities!

So many reasons! Stores closing, we already have enough hotels, doesn't help with affordable housing, doesn't fit with Ladner's charm...on and on!

Ladner doesn't need a hotel. Ladner needs affordable permanent housing.

Affordable housing needed

As a Ladner resident , I would like to see development more in keeping with the character of the village.

We need affordable housing for young people! Building a hotel does not help those young people.

Could be done much better

Hotel should be at the bus loop on a piece of the soggy land for easy access. Why not build a medical walk in centre.
