STOP CHANGING THE SCHEDULES ON THESE KIDS! We had a change while I was in school and it was extremely difficult to change! ALSO 45 minute classes are a waste of time and would decrease the attention span of students. STOP IT.

why even THINK about traying to make CTE classes obsolete??? My cte teachers are my 2 favorites!!!!!! if you make them lose time, we lose progress, we lose valuable time we need to meet the state standards. so if you want to make us fail the state standards, by all means. but , AT LEAST hear us out and CONSIDER our argument!!!!!

I am a 11th grade at cookeville high school. This schedule makes taking a class I have taken since freshmen year and was planning on entering the last level of next year - my senior year nearly impossible. I wanted to do some advanced classss next year . If this take place I will be put in random classes just to fill my schedule for a 7 hour 8 to 3 day .

Why set early graduates back if they can do the work. There are people that the high school with amazing intellectual skills, and they should be aloud to use them!

I think the seven periods a day will put excessive amounts of stress (and confusion) on all the students, whether they are in AP, IB dual enrollment, honors, or regular classes.

With CTE, specifically engineering, being my career and elective focus the removal of the block schedule will eliminate my ability to progress to the final engineering course which is necessary for the development of my career.
