Reintroduction of payment options

To have a right to use an installment facility to pay such high fees removed drastically reduces our choices the option must be reinstated

I don't agree with the option to pay in instalments withdrawn

Installments still need to be an option

Want the option to pay site fees in 3 installments.

I bought my caravan six months ago and was quoted 2299.13 with an option to pay in 3 instalments just received bill for 2682 all one payment this is a 14.28per cent increase with no option to pay by instalments contravention of the sale of goods and services act 1982

Was told when we brought our caravan 5 weeks ago that there was 3 instalments of payment

PLEASE can you reinstate the payment installments preferably with the option of a monthly direct debit

Why change in such short notice if they want pitches ask anyone won't to leave don't force them out

Very unfair when this is the only site out of 49 Park Resort sites that have to pay in full. Bring back 3 instalments or monthly direct debits as most sites have the option of.

please reconsider your decision and allow direct debit or 3 instalments to paid be made available .

Please help restore some faith/hope back to the owners by bringing back the monthly repayment options!
