I agree at least with instalments we get the chance to save towards them this way they are only giving us 4months to find the whole amount .we will probably have to leave the site as many more will have to

Owned a van for ten years at ocean edge and always paid in instalments to take that option away is unfair not just on us but on everyone for those who don't pay installments you never know when you might be grateful for the option. The phrase the customer is always right does not seem to apply at Ocean edge

If you are on a pension you need to be able to pay in 3 parts it as always been that way why are they making things hard to stay on site

Give us our 4 monthly payments back.we bought the 17 months ago because in instalments. We are both pensioners and will find it hard to raise that kind of money at shirt notice.

I believe that this option should remain at least for this season ; giving owners enough time to make the change for next year. I also believe that there hasn't been a constructive consultation process in place to allow for meaningful discussion.

Having received the annual contract & pitch fees in the last couple of days I think it is totally unfair that you have withdrawn the staggered payment system that was in place. Also to leave it until August is unfair on all owners.
