We have stayed at Bali Eco Stay and we still tell people about the amazing things they are doing and how it was the highlight of our trip. Amazing food, amazing place and so special and important in the tourism industry to have places like this that do so much good not harm... please reinstate

Mistakes are made, communication should be clear and follow a reasonable process (this doesn't sound like a reasonable process was offered). Give this amazing resort their listing back as they're humble, considerate and valuable to the tourist industry. It's not only punishing them, but also the tourists who miss out on the unique experience.
