Reinstatement of Michael Kasule as a Concierge at The Exchange

Michael’s dismissal came as an unpleasant surprise to myself and my neighbours. He was an amazing consierge, hard working and respected by all residents. He loved this job to which he was fully committed. I am surprised that no effort was made to retain him. It won’t be easy to get him replaced and maintain the same standard of work he was providing. I believe that there is a way to reemploy Michael directly and I hope to hear the good news soon.

Michael has been an exemplary concierge and unbelievably kind, considerate and professional in everything he has done.

Michael has been very responsible and responsive in overseeing the development and has always been reliable - in a constant period of building problems, he has always offered tremendous support. We want him back!

Michael has been so critical in managing the huge amount of problems we have had to endure with this development. His efforts and dedication to his job have been astonishing and I’m appalled at the abhorrent treatment he is getting from Just Ask Services and Nottinghill Genesis. They should be ashamed of themselves!

No new Concierge employee would be able to get even closer to the standards that Michael has set up on the last 5 years or so in The Exchange.

Please bring back Michael! He is the heart and soul of the development. He is always on top of everything. There is no one like him. He is so dedicated to us tenants. He always goes above and beyond. Bring him back.

Michael was everything you could wish for in his role, and more.

Michael was/is a fantastic concierge who went above and beyond for all residents. As a service charge payer I was incredibly disappointed to see that he had been made redundant for, as far as I can tell, absolutely no valid reason at all. This was done with no consultation with residents/service charge payers and is, fundamentally, a terrible decision made on behalf of all who currently live within The Exchange development.
