Bring back death penalty . To many people are getting away with murder and think it’s okay because the government protects them and not the victims.

Please bring back the death penalty, innocent people live like prisoners in their own homes, not knowing if they will be alive tomorrow or lose a loved one. South Africa cannot be taken over by criminal elements. Our country is becoming a disgrace.

The innocent law abiding citizens of this country have a right to life and a right to live in peace . One who destroys the life and peace of another has forfeited their rights and should be eliminated in order to protect and maintain a harmonious society based on peace, justice and morality.

If the government truly prioritizes the best interests of the people, it should consider restoring order in our country and ensuring justice for those affected by criminal activities. When individuals are willing to take innocent lives, it raises the question of why they should be afforded the opportunity to continue living. The principle that those who take a life should face equivalent consequences is a reflection of justice. In South Africa, we have the right to live without fear, and it is within our rights to advocate for the reinstatement of the death penalty. A strong justice system is essential for maintaining public confidence. While some may argue that the reimplementation of this system is complex, it is important to note that it was originally established by legislative means and can similarly be reinstated. Fraud and corruption should not be tolerated within our legal framework, and the assertion that procedural hurdles exist should not hinder the pursuit of justice. It has been suggested that a certain number of provinces—perhaps six or nine—must endorse documentation to facilitate the reinstatement of the death penalty. This process is not insurmountable if there is a genuine commitment to effect change.

If government really have the people best interest at heart he will agree to bring back order to our country and getting justice for those that are suffering by these criminals, if they dont think twice to kill innocent lives why must they now get a chance to live if you take some one life yours must be taken to how the people suffer they to must suffer is we have freedom in south africa one of our rights and freedom should be a place were we can leave without fear , its our rights to ask for death penalty to be brought back and we should be given the freedom of having known that there is a strong justice system, some one said its not simple to bring back the system its not hard either because man did away with it ,the law and constuion can be re written how it was abolished it can be restated if government, im sure fraud and corruption is not a part of any legislation but they make it happen , so we dont want to hear they cant it a big procedure, the provinces and the people will be sure to sign the documents i read some where will need about 9 or 6 provinces not sure if the numbers are right To sign and reinstate death penalty, nothing to difficult if you really want to make things happen
