REINSTATEMENT OF DEATH PENALTY IN SOUTH AFRICA

Murderers, rapists and many other have proven over and over that they can't be rehabilitated. They all reoffend once released on bail or parole. Why should our taxpayers be responsible for their upkeep in prisons? They don't deserve life.
