Its time that capital punishment is brought back. Whole families are being massacred by criminals in this country. And why? Because they do not have to fear the law anymore. And just like China the death penalty should be the punishment for fraud committed by the politicians of this country! The stealing has caused the deaths of 1000's of South Africans
