When a criminal take the life of any person he/she took away all rights from the victim to live. Therefore when being convicted for such a crime he/she should be dealt with in the same way. No right to live.

Yes for the death penalty to much inesion children ad woman are killed gangster think they own the streets u not safe to walk like u want too our children can't be kids anymore they have to scared to walk or stand outside their freedom are taken away

The death penalty needs to be reinstated so families of those who have been murdered can finally have some closure. It's outrageous that convicted murderers are allowed to live out their lives (they are released by the President every few years) while families & friends of those who were murdered struggle to carry on living. Take the Mathews & Pistorius cases. Both girls murdered yet the culprits run free.
