People who rape and kill innocent people . Show absolutely no remorse. Don't deserve the right to life, which our constitution prescribes. They never respected these innocent victims right to life. Furthermore there are too many murders , rapes , GBV cases in our country. These criminals have no fear for the law. Statistics prove that violent crimes are out of control. Something needs to change to put fear into criminals. The death penalty should be reinstated .
