To many innocent helpless ppls lives being taken once the death penalty is back this won't happen

The death toll by criminals in South Africa is completely out of control. Furthermore the legal system is slow, incompetent and ineffective. Tax payers money is exploited on these criminals who murder civilians and farmers and some cases, Gender based violence or the murdering of their own children- in the must heinous brutal manner. Instead of giving them a trial and allowing them to follow procedure leading to imprisonments, rather bring back the death penalty, save oll the paperwork, keep them out of prisons and get them out of society altogether!
