Please bring the death penalty back!!! These murders of innocent people and kids are beyond disgusting. Also look into the laws about rape from a partner. Find a way to help and believe the victim. Its not fair that the rapist walks free, while the victim suffers mentally and in every other way, especially if child was made through rape. Too often things are over looked by the Saps and then these murders and domestic violence happens.
