Heinous crimes are getting out control they have to be Harsh punishment. Innocent lives are being lost. therefore request for the death penalty to be reinstated.

Drive by shootings and all other forms of murders are on the rise daily.The currently system caters for criminal and does not satisfy victims and their families. It makes no sense to rehabilitate murderers who after their release only return to do more heinous crimes.When a dog tastes human blood its put down so why tolerate humans tasting blood and keep them fully caterd for in prison. This is hypocritical. Bring back the death penalty
