I call on this government to have the death penalty reinstated to instill law and order . Too many mass murders have brazenly taken place over the past years . This must be stopped. Those who commit murder must be put to death PUBLICLY as a deterent ,a lesson to EVERYONE with similar intentions .

This seems to be the only option to put fear into these criminals, we live in a country of lawlessness, no accountability, no respect for our fellow human beings, although it would be a quicker end for their miserable lives, their has to be a punishment fit for the crime.
