Violent and serious crimes such as Murder, Aggravated Rape warrant a sentence of Death when found guilty of these crimes. Prisons are overcrowded and tax payers should not have to fund rapists and murders to be incarcerated. Without the Death penalty there is no deterrent for serious and aggravated cime and potential rapists and murderers know they currently can not be executed. Some individuals simply cannot be rehabilitated and need to be lawfully removed from society permanently.
