Coach Lynch has helped me so much in understanding the game of football, helped me get stronger, but most importantly develop me into a better young man that I need to be.
Coach Lynch has been my head coach my freshman season and most recently my 7v7 season, and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. Gaining Coach Lynch back as a coach would tremendously help not only this program, but it is of best interest for me and the rest of my teammates.
Coach Lynch is somebody who is dedicated to making this program better, and we have all came together to support him.
He made a mistake and owns up to it, let’s not let this be the downfall of our program over a mistake he made. We have all made mistakes every coach has done something to or said about a player they regret. His “sin” is not better or worse than anybody’s…

There is so much I want to say but I just want a good man to do what he deserves and has earned with the kids he has poured more into the offseason than anyone else in this program.
I trusted my son to go to multiple different states and cities this offseason to chase his dreams all under Coach Lynch's supervision. Like many others all across Orlando.
God never makes a mistake and maybe this will be the best thing for him to not coach and give his life for a program that does not have his back. I know it is currently working for one that is leaving the staff. And I am certain it would work for Coach Lynch.
You might not value him, but there are a ton of programs in Orlando that will.
I have currently scouted all over the country this past year. The opinions about Coach Lynch are extremely high amongst his fellow coaches and programs nation wide.
Know your worth Coach Lynch! God has you...
If this door shuts another will open. Sometimes we are forced out of our own self perceived traps and made to go to a better opportunity. That's why we trust YHWH
I trust God will put him in the right situation.
I would advise OCP keep him, but maybe he has outgrown this assignment and he is ready for his next.

He was my sons first coach and pulled so much out of him. He doesn’t just support them on the field but off the field as well. He pulled out my son’s potential on the field, gave him a way out with something to look forward to. Coach Lunch insulted discipline in him that he uses in every day life

I've known Coach Lynch for over 25 years. Going back to our youth league, hs and college days. He's competitive, driven but above all, fair and understanding of what it takes for young men to truly reach their best not only on the football field, but in life during and after the cleats have been hung up. From all that he's sacrificed from fund raisers for his players to providing many with structure that they lacked at home, Coach James Lynch has more than proven his value to the community he has served while coaching at your institution. If you listen to the source (the children He's helped), their grace, their support, their loyalty is the result of what a Great Life Coach really is. The world is a tough place. Just like it is between those lines where your players represent your institution with pride and honor. Coach Lynch is giving this children the tools needed to sustain as God fearing men. It's the effort to seek God same as seeking success on the field. Its the motivation to be the best version of the man on the field. Same as what God wants us all to be. It's the love for those that share in your journey building a legacy that you can look back and be proud of and share stories, just like the testimonies left by the prophets chosen by God. Coach Lynch has the support of God through the children that his principles, his love and his dedication has reached. This isnt God's grace removing Coach Lynch. It's God's Grace to reinstate him to continue to serve the children that have chosen him... with your continued, unwavering support as well.

Coach Lynch is the one that helped influence my decision to bring my son Elijah “Tank” to OCP for his junior year. If Coach Lynch will no longer be a part of the OCP community than I will have to seriously reconsider my decision as I know that it would have been his leadership and mentorship that would have helped my son succeed not only athletically but also academically.

Coach Lynch and Coach Mel have Invested countless unpaid hours into the program and development of the boys. Built a strong culture of brotherhood and accountability and Helped develop players on and off the field.
Their influence extends beyond wins/losses—this is about character development. The sudden firing has created confusion, frustration, and emotional stress for players.
These coaches provided structure, discipline, and mentorship beyond football.
Many players rely on them for guidance, accountability, and support. We are here as unified parents, focused on what’s best for our student-athletes.
Our goal is not conflict, but clarity, fairness, and the well-being of our children.
