Seeing this level of support for Doug gives me a bit of hope despite how exhausting this fight has been. It is clear that this community recognizes his dedication and refuses to let him go without a struggle.

SO UNFAIR. Doug is the best. He keeps everything running smooth and is always great with the kids. Give the man his job back already!!!
Doug has been the heart of those pools for years. It wont be the same place without him there. Keep him employed!

Ridiculous decision. Everyone makes mistakes and the guy has been solid for a decade. Bring him back right now.
