Although I didn't participate in the high school wrestling program, Jody was involved in my life as I grew up. He is an amazing man and coach, he deserves every signature on this list.

My son wrestled at capitol.I had the plesure of knowing coach webb.4yrs and he was honest and respectable at all times

Jody was my grandsons coach and he is marvelous, help kids from drugs and was a great role model and help to kids in need. I do believe we need him in our schools . I for one admire this coach. He also coached my granddaughters .

I have know Jody for 3 years from various camps and the national circuit. I personally donate over $10,000 plus my time to my program. So I know how much work and money it takes to do what Jody is doing. I don't think this adminstration understands 1. How much work it is 2. The benefits it's doing for these kids 3. The opportunities it creates for them to wrestle at the next level. They need to look past the minor technicality because I can guarantee you that Jody has spent way more money than what's at question and he has been proven to have done nothing wrong. As administrators you need to put your personal pride to the side and look at what this man does as a whole.

Jody is an incredible coach, I met him a couple years ago when I came on as an assistant coach at Boise High. I have nothing but respect for the man and have seen the value he brings into the lives of the young men and women he coaches. As a bystander with ignorance of the "ins-and-outs" of this situation I can only be a character witness. With that said, whatever the result of this ordeal, I will continue to progress and produce in this world with the kind of character Jody Webb stands for and teaches to our youth; knowing that the decisions this man makes are consistently and without a doubt in the best interest of those he has the responsibility of mentoring and preparing for the benefit of this world.

Jody has put a lot of time and effort in support of wrestling. These coaches get very little out of this sport monetarily. They are in it for the love of the sport.
He has been nothing but a positive influence in the sport and more importantly on the kids.
