Jody has done a ton for wrestling in the Treasure Valley. From all that I have heard about the situation, he deserves to be coaching at Capital High School.

To whom it should concern:
This amazing coach and community pilar of a person, were vital to my upbringing and personal development as student, as an athlete (2 sport varsity), and as a teenager and young adult. Not even a teacher/coach at the time (I graduated in 2000) still working on his education degree, if I remember correctly, he was always the first one there and last to leave. In times of my disappointment with myself or failures or even accomplishments, Jody Webb pushed me on. Teaching me hard work does pay off and builds character, a quality he beams with. The agenda of a few cannot begin to compare to the positive outcomes, past, present and future that this man provides to our community, school district and most important, our young sons and daughters. Please reinstate Mr. Webb immediately. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I have known Jody for most of my life. I don't understand why this happened. He's a good person. I would think that a school should promote values.

It is a shame for a school district to treat someone who was I remember has given soooo many hours that I can remember an not asked but was willing because of his passion and commitment to the kids and the school system! Truly sad to see him being tested e with such disrespect! The first time I renewed meeting him was when my son's head been wrestling in 7 & 8 grade district tournament! He said he had been watching my son's and was excited to see them wrestle for Capital! From that point he earned my respect! I remember many times he helped my son's out getting to tournaments when I was not financially able! He would find work for them to do, in which they had to earn their way! He taught the kids more than wrestling, he taught them respect, integrity and gave them memories they will hold onto and cherish for the rest of their lives! Thanks coach for everything you gave my son's!

I work with this man at Home Depot. He is one of the most honest, loyal & hard working people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I don't believe for a second that the allegations true.
