Jody has a significant positive influence on my nephew, who has participated in the Capitol High School wrestling program for the past three years. It would be a loss to the kids and the school if the Administration chose not to retain Jody.

Coach Webb has an amazingly positive influence on many students and he has helped so many people over the years that it is unconscionable that the Boise School District has treated him this way. The Boise School District should be supporting teachers and coaches and not wasting tax payers' dollars (and the time of our police department and county prosecutors' office!) for an issue they should have HELPED correct. That's what good employers do-they help employees. Boise School District is NOT a good employer as they clearly prefer to "play favorites" and violate state and federal employment laws . Enough is enough - Boise School District -reinstate Coach Webb NOW!

I support Jody and his endless and tireless encouragement to the kids. The Boise School District should admit their mistake, do the right thing and reinstate him as the head wrestling coach at Capital High School.

I've been very impressed with Jody's commitment to developing our youth through his wrestling programs, from Little Eagles to Outlaws in addition to running Capital program and aligning Fairmont and Riverglen programs. I am grateful that two of my son's have benefited from these programs along with countless others he has helped. Jody's inspiration, hard work, and leadership are what drives this. Jody is a huge asset and benefit to our community. We need to treat Coaches like Jody with the respect and support they deserve.

I'm sorry that you and your family have been so hurt by this situation.
"A great coach, a good man, a leader in the Idaho state wrestling community, a dedicated servant to the young men and women that he coaches, Jody Webb a rare man who has dedicated most his life to bettering others. I hope that both he and his family see how much of an impact they have made on so many lives. As a state champion and collegiate wrestler, I owe my success to the family and team that Jodi Webb allowed me to be a part of. I owe my love of wrestling and my love of servant leadership to the principles that I learned in the capital high school wrestling room. There is no bureaucratic power that can measure the validity or effect that Jodi Webb has had as coach of Capital High school's wrestling team. It is a pity that such a decision has been made and that continues to be maintained. My thoughts and prayers are with the Webb family. May you be encouraged by the love of your capital wrestling family and may you always stand behind your values of family, love, discipline, faith, and hope no matter what powers come against you."

After graduating three children from Capital high school, we were so impressed with Coach Webb in comparison to the other coaches we worked with at the school (in 4 other sports), we talked our younger children into changing their sports just to be coached by a man (Jody Webb) that I believe sees the end goal in high school sports: to raise responsible, goal oriented, ethical, hard working members of society. I hope that Coach Webb will be reinstated as head coach of our wrestling team.

Jody has mentored so many kids in the valley, not just the ones at Capital High. We need him back in the wrestling community. My sons and I have nothing but admiration and respect for what he does for his program. I appreciate everything Coach Webb!

I have been around the wresting program for the past five years as a parent and volunteer and Jody Webb is simply fantastic with the students, parents, coaches and community. He has an excellent reputation and is very committed to improving the lives of students, including providing opportunities for individuals with special needs. The Boise School District has errored in the lengthy administrative leave placed on Coach Jody Webb and wasted valuable taxpayer resources. Coach Webb should be reinstated immediately.
