I have know JODY for 10 years and in that time he has been a person or integrity and genuine love for the sport of wrestling. I would support whole heartedly his reinstating as head coach of Capital High School.

Jody has helped mentor me as a middle school and high school coach. He has gone out of his way to help a little towns program like Gooding's be able to participate in the middle school tournament and for young men to have success wherever they come from. Please let him continue to coach and be a positive role model for the young men of Capital High School.

I really want to see Coach Webb with his job back. I have known him for years and know his character, he is a stand up guy. I have worked as a fundraising coordinator for a group at Capital High and I know the amount of time and energy it takes to keep these programs running. It is a huge job and it is all for the kids. Reinstate Coach Webb, this behavior is not necessary over a bookkeeping disagreement, it is not good for all those kids he should be coaching and helping.

A foundational guiding behavior we should all grasp is to trust and assume goodness of intention. A single mistake does not demonstrate a pattern of abuse or ill intention. This is evident based on the assessment of law enforcement. Coach Webb should be reinstated in good faith by the district.

Jody is a great man who cares about all of his students! Not only his wrestling kids, but his elementary PE kids as well. My daughter misses him in PE! He has always been so giving of his time and resources to kids in our community. He is an honest, hard working man and he deserves to keep his job!

My late husband having been very aware of good wrestling coaches as his father was one of the best, supported Coach Webb as I do also. He is needed. Few understand the boys as he does. Good luck, Coach

Jody is a great role model for both my son and daughter is loved by both. We can not have too many respected teachers like him in our schools let alone in our society. To loose him is a huge hit on not only our children but also our community

I've known Jody since I was in high school. I've always found him to be honest and hard working. I have done camps and clinics with him. I have involved our little kids wrestling programs together. I have had long discussions with Jody about what wrestling is all about. He has always done what is right for the sport and for the kids. I know Jody is a good man, and trust him.

I can't believe this. It almost makes me want to shout. Coach Webb gave me more support and help in high school than I ever asked for. He has helped me in times when I needed it most. He is a great guy. He helped me in high school when I went through some rough times and I know he will help more kids like me in the future. This needs to be stopped because I know, no other guy that could fill the shoes of Coach Webb.
