Jody has been a great source of inspiration and guidance for hundreds of youth in the Idaho wrestling community. He is a great leader of young men and a valuable asset to out community and state. Please reinstate him to his former position.

Someone like Coach Webb is rare & changes and impacts young mens' lives for the better. Like many, we think the world of Jody Webb and very little of the BSD and their inability to correct an obviously deliberate and spiteful wrong act on the part of one BSD person. SO MANY at Capital High were ecstatic when he was gone. We want Jody Webb back at Capital. BSD is too out of touch and too predictable, too big for their own britches!
Everybody who knows Coach Webb are grateful not only for his leadership but also for his example. We love you Coach Webb and thank you so much. We appreciate you and your staff.

I have known Jody Webb for many years and can personally vouch for his character, leadership, and sacrifice on behalf of the youth he interacts with. Situations like this are responsible for not only limiting the influence for good this man could continue to have, but also serves to discourage others from becoming involved in a meaningful way.

I have known Jody for eight years. He has been a terrific influence on young people as a coach and as a teacher and he should be reinstated.

Students, athletes, parents, colleagues & district patrons readily recognize Jody Webb's commitment to youth, education, fair competition and good sportsmanship. As the title states, Coach Webb is a coach- A physical education teacher. Not a bookkeeper and not an accountant.
He has many successes coaching, educating, mentoring- Prioritized tasks and his great strengths. Kicking him beyond matts edge after many successful years at Capital High School AND mentoring young children in the IDAWAY Wrestling Association because of a mistake in area likely beyond his efficiency is an abuse. This should have been recognized by administrators, it certainly is by those that support him.
As is Jody Webb, productive people are committed to cause. They have an acquired drive and operate with a sense of urgency. They do what needs done, when it needs done. They make decisions based upon information at hand to effect forward progress, sometimes in hurried manner. Yes mistakes are a possibility, we've all made some.
Accountants, attorneys, doctors, pharmacists, engineers and many more professionals are recognized for specific services. They are adequately compensated for heavy investment & associated risk. Placing a coach, a teacher in singular position at an elevated level of fiscal accountability is beyond reason.
Mistakes come in many different configurations and so does damage. Where is the chief oversight of The Board Of Trustees?

I had the pleasure of coaching optimist football with Jody. I can speak firsthand to the impact he had with the young men he coached. Jody's suspension is ridiculous and only hurts the student athletes he coached. He's a stand up guy and I will always consider him a friend. This is a ridiculous accusation and he needs to be reinstated immediately. The school district should suspend whomever made such a ridiculous decision.

My boys owe much of their success in their lives to Jody's mentoring. The values learned and character building have impacted them and I see those things being instilled in my grandchildren to this day. Jody is a great coach and wonderful man and he needs his job reinstated.

BSD has two different standards for dealing with staff issues. Those in the "the good ole boys" club and the rest of the "worker bees" are treated two different ways. Slap on the wrist for some, compared to public defamation of character and humiliation. It isn't right.
