It's about time that SFAR did more to represent the needs of agents.

The board should create a way for agents to create a tour through the MLS which complies with current standards. The same for Sunday Tours which may be advertised through MLS as a sign up event.

Our ability to preview is so important in order to best serve our clients - both buyers and sellers. We can easily adapt the process to be CV-safe.

This can be done safely. Our clients depend on us, and without tour, it is limiting our ability to serve fully.

our clients depend on us to do the best job we can. We need to have brokers tours allowed to do this

Please reinstate Broker's Tour. We are smart and savvy enough to follow all social distancing and disinfecting rules. Our clients count on us to represent and negotiate for them. How on earth can we do it without the ability to physically see properties. Would you buy a property sight unseen? I wouldn't and it is a derilection of fiduciary duty to advise a client to do so.......

Open to doing so in a smart, uncongested way...i.e., limited number of agents in the home at one time, listing agent stays outside and agents inside encouraged to move through and exit vs. standing and gathering. There is a safe way to accomplish this.

I agree. we are not children and can see properties safely. Why can grocery stores have unimpeded traffic without signing forms and cleaning every surface after every person. That is what is being demanded by our board.

I look forward to seeing homes again; without regular access to view homes, our Agent community is severely limited in the value we deliver to our clients.

Let's reinstate the tour, but with care. This isn't rocket science.

We need to be able to preview properties and network in-person with our fellow agents to effectively do our jobs. We can easily abide by all of the OSHA covid regulations and still preview homes during the traditional Tuesday tour timezones. We need the support of our leadership to help reinstate this practice.
Reinstate Tuesday's Broker Tour
