If Trader Joe’s can do this safely, so can we. In fact tour is safer be haha only one person needs to touch the key, the door knob, the light switches, etc. compared to each agent making individual appointments at various times and each needing to touch everything and disinfecting (or not) for each viewing.

I don't see doing regular open houses, but this makes sense. As complicated as the market is, being able to safely preview places would help a LOT>

Without scientific evidence that real estate practices are a greater risk than other PERMITTED practices such as dining indoors, salons, etc... there is no just cause for limiting real estate services which are significantly important to the industry. Without the ability to tour, we cannot as accurate price listings or advise buyers. These limitations are damaging the industry!
