Touch Pets Cats and Dogs mobile games (ng moco Stumptown Game Machine) were withdrawn from service on 31 March 2013. These games are suitable for all ages, and offer nonviolent and educational fun. Players adopt a cat or dog from the game's "shelter," a worthwhile message. Then, play requires caring for the adopted animal. It is a basic primer, especially for children, on the responsibilities of pet ownership, as well as being a well-written program (the animals mannerisms and behavior are indicative of the real thing). With the lack of nonviolent activities in our society, it seems counterproductive to remove one that is charming, educational, fun, and nonviolent from service.
